‘Space-Time’ doesn’t miss a beat – or a luscious lick or a great groove. It’s more of the same ol’ Jeff Lorber Fusion, and that’s just fine.
Dan Rosenboom’s ‘Absurd In the Anthropocene’ is the right mixture of the past and future, acoustic and electric, familiar and exotic.
What we get from fusion icons Mike Stern and Jeff Lorber are the best of both worlds and that’s the strongest reason why ‘Eleven’ merits a lot of listens.
