Something Else! sneak peek: Black Country Communion 2 (2011)

On Tuesday, the hard-rock supergroup Black Country Communion’s 2 drops, and you best believe it’s gonna get the SER Lowdown like the first record did. Hard to believe but the Joe Bonamassa/Glenn Hughes/Jason Bonham/Derek Sherinian summit meeting is back with an entire new album just nine months later. But you don’t have to wait until June 14 to get a taste of this scorching hot new record, because the band has graciously put the album’s first two tracks out in the wild.

At the risk of revealing the plot a little early, BCC doesn’t let up on the gas for their second album, and these two cuts are all pedal to the metal. Early on, “The Outsider” was been made available as a free mp3 download, or you can just stream it right here:

Enjoy, and check back here next week to get the whole score on Black Country Communion 2.
